What we collect when you enquire, why, and how to have it removed.
When you send the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, WeChat or email, we store your name, contact details, travel dates, party size, budget range and the notes you send. That is all we need to prepare a quotation.
To prepare and discuss your itinerary, to make bookings with lodges, parks and airlines once you confirm, and to support you while you travel. We do not sell data or add you to third-party marketing lists.
Our Arusha office and, where a booking requires it, the lodges, camps, park authorities and airlines involved in your trip. Payments are processed by the provider you choose (WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, card acquirer or bank).
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, booking records for seven years as required by Tanzanian accounting rules.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Font and icon files load from public CDNs, which see your IP address as part of that request.
