The short version of how a booking works, so there are no surprises later.
Quotes are valid for 21 days and are per person sharing unless stated otherwise. Prices assume the group size and season shown; changes to dates, party size or lodge tier change the price.
A 20 percent deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due before departure. We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer in USD, EUR or CNY. Bank charges are borne by the sender.
Cancellation terms follow those of the lodges, camps and airlines involved and are confirmed in writing with your booking. Low-season bookings are usually more flexible than July, August and the Christmas week.
The inclusions list on each itinerary is definitive: vehicle and guide, accommodation and meals as stated, park and concession fees, drinking water on game drives and airport transfers.
International flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, optional activities and personal expenses. Travel insurance covering medical evacuation is a condition of travel on all our itineraries, and must cover trekking to 6,000 m on Kilimanjaro.
Weather, road conditions and wildlife movement can require route changes. Your guide may adjust the order of parks or substitute a lodge of equal standard; any change in cost is settled transparently.
Sia Blooms acts as a tour operator in Tanzania and contracts lodges, camps and carriers on your behalf. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, strikes, park closures or airline schedule changes.
